Any organization or individual looking to obtain property from the City of Jackson must obtain approval from the Surplus Property Committee after their application is submitted with the necessary documentation, no property will be sold, conveyed, or disposed of until it is declared surplus property.
Please be aware the Surplus Property Application might require development plans that include financial data, site plans, conceptual drawings, and sketches relative to the proposed construction or infill development.
