Welcome to NSD GIS Map Request!

Before placing your order for your neighborhood map and resources, be sure that you have attended the Application Workshop. In order to complete the Healthy Neighborhood Designation application, you will need resources and data that will assist you. After you have attended the Application Workshop, place your map request via this link. Once your request has been made and the appropriate fees have been paid, our GIS Technician will contact you. Once you receive your information from GIS, You Will Be Moving Forward in Power!
