Effective June 30, 2020: Per the Second Amended Stay Safe Jackson Executive Order, individuals in the City of Jackson are required to wear a face covering in public. Business owners must require all parties (employees, patrons, etc.) to wear a face covering. Businesses found in violation will be shutdown for 24-hours and must submit an Attestation of Compliance with the City of Jackson before reopening. The 311 Action Line is the single point of contact for all non-emergency City service requests. The "3-1-1" initiative strives to help City agencies provide efficient service delivery by allowing them to focus on their core missions, manage workloads efficiently, provide insight into the needs of residents, and measure how well services are delivered.

The City of Jackson Service Center provides an avenue for Jackson residents to submit a request for City Services. The Service Center is the single point of contact for requesting all non-emergency City services and is available to residents, City businesses, and visitors.
