The City of Jackson’s Water and Sewer Business Administration office in the Metrocenter Mall will be closed Monday, March 27 until further notice.

The Metrocenter was damaged during Sunday’s storm. Water bills may be paid by phone or click here for payment locations.

Notice of Upcoming Roll-Off Dumpster Day

Jackson, Miss -The City of Jackson is encouraging residents to participate in Roll-Off Dumpster Days in the new year and has released details for the month of January.

Roll-Off days will now be held once a month, on the second Saturday of each month for the upcoming year. The dumpsters will be placed at one location each month.

 DATE: Saturday, January 8, 2022

 TIME: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. (weather permitting)

 LOCATION: Metrocenter Mall (Old Dillard’s parking lot) – 3645 Highway 80

Residents are asked to not leave debris at the location if the dumpster is not available. Residents may bring all household furniture, small appliances and accessories for disposal. However, tires, chemicals and gas tanks are not accepted in the Roll-Off Dumpster program. Participants are required to place debris inside dumpster provided at the location.

City business and residents living outside the city limits of Jackson are not eligible to participate. Proof of residency may be required.
