The City of Jackson’s Water and Sewer Business Administration office in the Metrocenter Mall will be closed Monday, March 27 until further notice.

The Metrocenter was damaged during Sunday’s storm. Water bills may be paid by phone or click here for payment locations.

(Jackson, Miss.) – The City of Jackson will distribute cases of bottled water to residents in need today beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the front entrance to the Metrocenter Mall. There is a limit of one case of water per vehicle. The distribution will resume until supplies run out.

When: 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 6
 
Where: Metrocenter Mall, 3645 Highway 80 (front entrance)
 
City of Jackson water customers who live in Byram can pick up bottled water at the City’s Public Works Department located at 550 Southpoint Dr. The distribution is limited to Byram residents.

When: Wednesday, July 6
 
Where:  City of Byram Public Works Department, 550 Southpoint Dr.      
 
The City of Jackson will distribute water to residents in need at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, July 7 at the Jackson Police Training Academy at 3000 St. Charles St.
 
What: Water distribution 
 
When: Thursday, July 7
 
Where:  Jackson Police Training Academy, 3000 St. Charles St. 
 
The City plans to have a distribution site available every day until the boil water notices are lifted. We will keep the media advised of any new developments.
