The City of Jackson’s Water and Sewer Business Administration office in the Metrocenter Mall will be closed Monday, March 27 until further notice.

The Metrocenter was damaged during Sunday’s storm. Water bills may be paid by phone or click here for payment locations.

The Department of Parks & Recreation Announce Annual Mind, Body, & Soul Race

(JACKSON, Miss.) – The Department of Parks and Recreation will host its 3rdAnnual Mind, Body & Soul Race. This year’s race will be Virtual. Run anywhere and upload your results to the RunKeeper app once you have registered on or before September 12, 2020, by 11:59 p.m.

Registration:

  • 5K (3.1 miles) Run/Walk: $20.00 + processing fee
  • 1 mile Run/Walk: $15.00 + processing fee
  • Youth Fun Run (12 years old and under): FREE

What is included?

Each participant will receive a digital race bib. The 1st 100 people to register will receive a custom finishers medal and race t-shirt.

How do I submit my finish time?

Once you register, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to submit your finish time using the RunKeeper app. Submit finish times on or before September 12, 2020, by 11:59 p.m.
