Effective June 30, 2020: Per the Second Amended Stay Safe Jackson Executive Order, individuals in the City of Jackson are required to wear a face covering in public. Business owners must require all parties (employees, patrons, etc.) to wear a face covering. Businesses found in violation will be shutdown for 24-hours and must submit an Attestation of Compliance with the City of Jackson before reopening. Press Release: City of Jackson Now Offering TSA PreCheck Services

(Jackson, Miss.) – Beginning today, the City of Jackson Department of the Municipal Clerk will offer TSA PreCheck services Monday – Friday from 8:30 am until 12:00 pm and 1:00pm until 5:00 pm in the old Chamber building located at 201 S. President Street, right next to City Hall.

Those interested in registering for TSA PreCheck should visit www.identogo.com to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome. In addition to TSA PreCheck services, customers may also obtain Transportation Workers’ Identification Credential (TWIC) cards and take the Hazardous Materials Endorsement assessment.
