FitLot Fitness Classes

The Department of Parks and Recreation will offer FREE outdoor fitness classes for the public at Parham Bridges Park located at 5055 Old Canton Road, Jackson, MS sponsored by AARP and FitLot

Our circuit training fitness program is designed for all ages, abilities and fitness levels taught by certified fitness instructors. All exercises will be accompanied by our state of the art FitLot equipment. The program is a commitment of 8 weeks 3-4 days a week for one hour.
