According to the Ross Barnet Reservoir, floodwaters that impacted homes over the weekend are now receding. Evacuees are now clear to return to their homes. We would like to remind citizens that this is still a dangerous circumstance as harmful debris and other biohazards can still linger in the water. The precautionary boil water notice for the following residents on our drinking water system is now lifted:
All surface water connections for the City of Jackson.
