City of Jackson Cooling Centers to Be Open Over Weekend

CITY OF JACKSON COOLING CENTERS TO BE OPEN OVER WEEKEND

Centers will be open 8am to 4pm on Saturday, August 21 and Sunday, August 22

 

(JACKSON, Miss) – In anticipation of warmer temperatures this weekend, the City of Jackson will have the following cooling centers open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, August 21, 2021 and Sunday, August 22, 2021. Capacity is limited and masks will be required.

  • Smith Robertson – 505 John Hart St. (Capacity 150 people)
  • Tougaloo Center- 318 Vine St. – (Capacity 75 people)
