The City of Jackson’s Water and Sewer Business Administration office in the Metrocenter Mall will be closed Monday, March 27 until further notice.

The Metrocenter was damaged during Sunday’s storm. Water bills may be paid by phone or click here for payment locations.

 City giving out bottled water to residents amid water shortage

January 24, 2022

(Jackson, Miss.) – The City of Jackson is distributing bottled water to residents in need. Distribution began at 4 p.m. in the parking lot of the Food Depot at the intersection of Raymond and McDowell roads in south Jackson. It will continue until supplies run out.

The distribution comes as officials continue to work to fully restore the City’s water system. Residents and media will be notified of major developments.
