According to the Ross Barnet Reservoir, floodwaters that impacted homes over the weekend are now receding. Evacuees are now clear to return to their homes. We would like to remind citizens that this is still a dangerous circumstance as harmful debris and other biohazards can still linger in the water. Curbside pickup and Roll-Off Dumpsters will be available tomorrow until further notice. To report residential damage, commercial damage, and debris cleanup, please use the Crisis Tracker. Residents impacted by flooding can visit any metro Jackson area Lowes location for free supplies and water.
