For questions concerning the building or rebuilding of structures, you are strongly advised to visit the City of Jackson’s Site Plan Coordinator’s Office at 200 President Street, Jackson, Mississippi, 2nd Floor or call 601-960-2253.

I have a dilapidated property next door what should I do?

If you have a blighted or dilapidated property in your neighborhood you can file a complaint with the City of Jackson’s Community Improvement at 601-960-1054. Additionally, you can file a complaint through the 311 portal or on our website.
