Andy Boone, Director, has been with the City of Jackson for 23 years. He previously served as a Deputy Clerk in the Office of the City Clerk and manager of the Mayor’s Action Line.

He is a graduate of Murrah High School and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Millsaps College. He resides in Jackson, Mississippi.

Department Description

The Jackson Service Center is also known as "3-1-1"; its mission is to provide access to City services and City information with the highest possible levels of customer service. The "3-1-1" initiative strives to help City agencies provide efficient service delivery by allowing them to focus on their core missions, manage workloads efficiently, provide insight into the needs of residents, and measure how well services are delivered.

The City of Jackson Service Center provides a way for you, the resident, to submit a request for City Services. The Service Center is the single point of contact for requesting all non-emergency City services and is available to residents, City businesses, and visitors.
