What is PEG?
PEG Logo

The City of Jackson’s Public, Education and Government Network (PEG) promotes the free exchange of diverse ideas, enable Jackson’s residents to exercise their First Amendment right to free speech, and encourage local citizens to express their interests and opinions. These goals are achieved by providing production facilities, technical assistance, and media training to any local individual, group, or organization who wishes to develop television programming. At the PEG manager’s discretion, partnerships may be established allowing private entities (educational organizations, community service providers, etc.) to utilize studio space if that use poses no conflict with scheduled PEG activities.

Linda Jacobs, PEG Manager, may be reached at 601-960-2527 or .
