How Do I?
Understanding Your Utility Statement and Rates
For residential customers, your utility account is billed bimonthly. In the first section of the utility statement, you will find two account numbers. View a sample bill. The first account number is for the service location or address, and the one on the coupon stub at the bottom is the customer account number. Either can be used when inquiring about your account; however, please use the customer account number when making a payment. The bill date is the date the account was billed.

In the next section "Current Charges", information reagrding the length of time for this billing cycle, the meter reading and associated charges are listed. Listed below you will find helpful information to understand the rest of the statement.
