Mission
Statement:
The mission of the
Youth Sports Program is to develop positive sportsmanship while increasing
social skills, physical fitness, and activity skills. Youth sports provide
enjoyable activities that promote: positive, physical, emotional, mental, and
spiritual growth.
Program
Registration Requirements and Fees
All participants
will be required to show proof of age (birth certificate) and a recent photo
upon registration for any given program (children cannot register themselves).
Falsification of documents may result in dismissal from the program.
Registration for all youth activities will be conducted at the Administrative
Office located in the Metrocenter Mall 1000 Metrocenter Suite 104, Monday
through Friday, 8:00am -5:00pm. For more information, please contact Angela Buck

Fees: $10.00 per
person
TEAM REGISTRATON
ONLY
Minimum of 8 players
and a maximum of 12 players per team (Basketball)
Minimum of 12
players and a maximum of 15 players per team (Baseball &
Softball)
All fees are due at
time of registration.
Money orders or
cashier's check only (made payable to:
City of Jackson).
No refunds will be
given after registrations end.
