Database Administration |
We
provide database development and support for the City Financial
Systems. JIMS (Jackson Information Management Systems) is a fully
integrated account system consisting of Accounts Payable, Accounts
Receivable, Cash Collections, Tax Collections, Payroll, Human
Resources, Inventory, Job Costing, and several other small modules.
There are approximately 200 or more users that have access to the IBM
RS6000 computer system, shown below. Some of the development tools
include Microsoft Office Developer Tools, Visual Basic, Oracle Forms
Designer, Oracle Database Designer, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
