Constituent Services |
Goldia Revies - Director
The Mayor's Office of Public Information and Constituent Services is a network of resources offering constituents direct access to accurate information and timely assistance with city programs and services. It coordinates communications between neighborhoods and city government as well as information and problem resolutions between city departments and constituents. Through public information, the Mayor's Action Line, Public Education and Government Television (PEG) and the Quality of Life Unit, our office acts as a conduit through which residents may lodge concerns, submit service requests, or share ideas and suggestions with key city administrators, including department directors, division managers and field superintendents.
Our ultimate goal is to improve the quality of life in all neighborhoods city-wide by ensuring every citizen equal access to city services in the most effective and efficient way possible.
