Jackson Municipal Court administers judicial procedures as defined by State statute and City ordinances through the processing of criminal and traffic offenses and the collection of fines and assessments occurring within the City of Jackson.

Jackson's Municipal Court is open for Court Monday through Friday (see Court Docket Page).

The Jackson Municipal Court Services Office is open 24 hours each day, seven days a week. We are housed in the Municipal Court Building, 327 East Pascagoula Street, Jackson, Mississippi, 39201, 1st Floor. The Municipal Court staff presently consists of 59 employees.

These employees are five Judges, one Deputy Director, one Court Administrator, four Supervisors, one Accounting Technician, seven Senior Deputy Court Clerks, one Youth Offender Instructor, one Accounting Technician, one Office Coordinator, one Administrative Clerk & 38 Deputy Court Clerks.

The Jackson Municipal Court is a division within the Administration Department of the City of Jackson.
