Woodrow Wilson Drive Street Resurfacing Project

The City of Jackson Public Works Department Infrastructure Management Division, together with the Mississippi Department of Transportation, are currently working on the Woodrow Wilson Drive Street Resurfacing Project.

This project includes milling and resurfacing Woodrow Wilson Drive from I-55 to the Mill Street bridge overpass.



During this project (23) handicap ramps with truncated domes will be installed at each street intersection that has sidewalk on Woodrow Wilson Drive between State Street and West Street. The installation of the handicap ramps and truncated domes is our effort to ensure that we are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations and that the city is more handicap accessible.
